July 2025: Spatial genome organization and p-53

Our NAR paper (link) with the Elkon (TAU) and Darzacq (Berkeley) groups is just out. It used micro-C, RNA-seq and ChIP-seq to measure the impact of p-53 stress on spatial genome organization. Hadar led the work in the group.
