Welcome to CT-FOCS, a resource for cell type-specific enhancer-promoter links based on large-scale high-throughput data

This website contains:

• More than 229,000 human cross-validated cell type-specific enhancer-promoter (EP) links spanning ~14k human genes and ~42k putative enhancers.
• R code (and data) for performing cell type-specific EP network inference given enhancer/promoter activity patterns, genomic locations, and a unique sample to cell type map.
• R code (and data) for integrative analysis of type-specific EP links with ChIA-PET interactions.
• R code (and data) for integrative analysis of type-specific gene expression and regulation from inferred EP links.
