Welcome to FOCS, a resource for enhancer-promoter links based on large-scale high-throughput data
This website contains:
- More than 300,000 human cross-validated enhancer-promoter (E-P) links spanning ~16k human genes and ~181k putative enhancers.
- ~48k mouse cross-validated enhancer-promoter (E-P) links spanning ~11k mouse genes and ~19k putative enhancers.
- R code (and data) for performing E-P network inference given enhancer/promoter expression patterns and genomic locations.
- R code (and data) for integrative analysis of E-P links with eQTLs and ChIA-PET interactions.
