This website contains:

• More than 14,000 ready-to-use gene expression profiles, each manually annotated with its Disease Ontology terms.
• Sets of disease-specific biomarker genes for 24 different diseases
• R code (and data) for integrative analysis of biomarkers with data on mutations, drug targets and biological networks.
