What is MONET?
-
MONET: Multi Omic clustering by Non-Exhaustive Types is a multi-omic analysis algorithm. Different omics have different structures, so samples that are similar in one omic are not necessarily similar in another. MONET detects sample modules that are similar in a subset of the omics, and not necessarily across all omics. We showed that MONET can be use to detect cancer subtypes, gene modules, and single-cell clusters.
