The work is joint with Profs. Anat Mirelman and Roy Alcalay of Ichilov Hospital.<\/p>\n\n                    <h3>\n                <a href=\"https:\/\/acgt.cs.tau.ac.il\/?p=5701\" title=\"July 2025: Spatial genome organization and p-53\" tabindex=\"0\">July 2025: Spatial genome organization and p-53<\/a>\n            <\/h3>\n                    \n<p>Our NAR paper (<a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/nar\/article\/53\/13\/gkaf607\/8192815\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/nar\/article\/53\/13\/gkaf607\/8192815\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">link<\/a>) with the Elkon (TAU) and Darzacq (Berkeley) groups is just out. It used micro-C, RNA-seq and ChIP-seq to measure the impact of p-53 stress on spatial genome organization.
