S. cerevisiae protein-interaction network

The network is available as a compressed file containing 4 separate tab-delimited text files:

• nodes.txt Contains information about the nodes of the network. Format: Internal ID,NCBI Gene ID,Symbol,Description
• edges.txt Contains information about the interactions. Format: Edge internal id,Interactor1 internal id,Interactor2 internal id,Direction flag,Confidence
• sources.txt Contains information about the sources for interaction information. Format: Source internal id, Database, Database id, Interaction type, Description, Identification method, Reference, Pubmed ID
• int2source.txt Contains a mapping of interaction to the source where they where obtained. Format: Edge internal id,Source internal id, The identifier relevant to the edge in the source database
