Abstract:
I spent the first week of September in Berlin at the Otto Warburg
International Summer School. The school is a yearly event with
different Biology/Bioinformatics topics; the topic of this year's
school was Regulatory (Epi-) Genomics.
In this presentation I will briefly review a couple of the talks:
1. Epigenetics: Impact of DNA methylation - Christine Steinhoff (Max Planck
Institute for Molecular Genetics,Berlin, Germany)
2. RNA Pseudoknot Structures - Christian Reidys (Nankai University, Tianjin,
China)
