Expander version 5.1 includes the follwoing improvements:

2) Kegg pathway enrichment analysis
3) Differential expression analysis as a grouping method (t-test and SAM)
4) Rule-based grouping (supervised clustering based on a custom pattern)
5) Ability to view a clustering solution "projected" on another dataset (can be reached via Data>>Load Auxilary Data)
