License Agreement:	The computer software known as AMADEUS version 1.1 was created and developed in the course of research by Prof. Ron Shamir, Mr. Chaim Linhart and Ms. Yonit Halperin at the School of Computer Science, Tel Aviv University. Tel Aviv University encourages the use of the software by researchers in academic institutions ("Licensee") for non-commercial research purposes subject to the following terms and conditions: By pressing the `Agreed and Accepted` button, you and your institution agree to be bound by the terms below. 1. Definitions. "Authors" shall mean Prof. Ron Shamir, Mr. Chaim Linhart and Ms. Yonit Halperin. "Copyright Holders" shall mean the authors and/or owners of the copyright in the External Libraries. "External Libraries" shall mean the software libraries and/or programs listed in Appendix A. "Licensee" shall mean the institution and/or the individual scientist who have signed this Agreement. "Licensor" shall mean Tel Aviv University and/or Ramot at Tel Aviv University Ltd. "Software" shall mean the computer software known as Amadeus version 1.1, excluding the External Libraries. 2. Grant of License 2.1. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Licensee is hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the sole purpose of performing non-commercial academic research. Such research shall not include research sponsored by a commercial entity. 2.2. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that the license to use the Software as aforesaid does not include any obligation or undertaking to supply any accompanying services or improvements. 3. Licensee agrees not to distribute or transfer the Software or any portion, copies or derivatives thereof, to another location or to any third party. 4. Licensee agrees not to make any copies of the Software except as necessary for his exercise of this license in his own laboratory. Any copy shall bear an appropriate copyright notice specifying the Authors and the Copyright Holders. 5. Licensee is aware that the Software is accompanied by and/or uses the External Libraries listed in Appendix A, which are licensed and distributed under the terms of the public licenses listed beside each External Library (the "External Libraries"). The use and distribution of the External Libraries by you is subject to the terms of the relevant public licenses , and not to the terms of this Agreement. A copy of each of the relevant public licenses may be found at the locations listed in Appendix A. 6. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability THE SOFTWARE AND THE EXTERNAL LIBRARIES ARE PROVIDED AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. EACH LICENSEE IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DETERMINING THE APPROPRIATENESS OF USING THE SOFTWARE AND ASSUMES THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE USE, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE LIBRARY IS WITH THE LICENSEE. SHOULD THE LIBRARY PROVE DEFECTIVE, LICENSEE WILL ASSUME THE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
