ReL package: Understanding gene sequence variation in the context of transcription regulation

Downloading ReL package

A version of ReL package is freely available for academic use and can be downloaded here. The package is operational on 64 bit
Linux environment and requires the Java Runtime Environment (JRE), java version 1.5.0_05 or higher and c library libc.so.6 with
glibc 2.4 or higher.

Users interested in commercial applications should contact Ron Shamir.

ReL package manual

The ReL package manual is available here. The manual provides instructions on how to apply the entire ReL analysis automatically.

 

The gory details are available here. This detailed manual is not required for basic analyses and should be read only in the case of
sophisticated usage.

Example files

ReL package provides all files required for ReL analysis in yeast, including linkage matrix file and the yeast compendium of
regulatory signatures (see manual for details).
